At archterra we believe that hand sketching is at the core of a well considered design. The speed and freedom permitted with a hand sketch ensures the critical design intent can flow from brain through the hand and onto the page without the limitations of a keyboard and mouse. Sketching by hand is also way more satisfying!

The following are a collection of hand sketches produced in the early stages of our projects. Often they will be refined and a bit of colour added and used to describe the design intent to the client.
